About the project

The design posed a challenge for our team due to access being through a servitude of passage and the lot having an elongated "L" shape horizontally, limiting the development of the home's front facade.

As a solution, a central two-story prism was proposed, extending horizontally across the site. It features cantilevered volumes that become windows and balconies on the second level overlooking the rear patio, with wooden screens on the sides.

The main facade stands out with an open vestibule connected to the vehicular access, framed by double-height space that highlights the main door.

Brown and beige tones complement the warmth of the cantilevered and eaves wooden elements.
