About the project

Adapting to a 35% sloped terrain and capitalizing on the spectacular sunset views that characterize this condominium were key ideas in designing Casa Cristal.

We decided to work with an ascending distribution on the lot, as it has two access points, one at the top and another at the bottom.

The basic geometric concept uses three superimposed rectangles. The first floor houses garages, storage rooms, and access to the second level. The second rectangle contains the social area with an open space concept, free of dividing walls. Perpendicular to this are two blocks, one on the right and one on the left, divided by a large internal garden that provides natural light and ventilation to the house and most of its spaces.

On the third and final level, we find the private area where each bedroom has its own balcony to take advantage of the mountain views and interaction with the terrace on the first level.
