About the project

Architectural minimalism.

"Less is More"

Minimalist architecture aims to reduce material expression to the essentials, characterized by the use of geometric shapes crafted with simplicity and precision.

This residence consists of three almost perfect rectangles arranged in a "C" shape, where the open part of the "C" creates the entrance to the residence through a natural vestibule composed of tropical gardens and a bridge that appears to be floating on a reflecting pool.

The house features exposed concrete walls, floors in shades of grey and black, and wood accents in specific areas, highlighting the artworks that hold a prominent place for its residents.
