Designed for a young couple, this project comprises three residences on a single condominium property: a main house, a one-story apartment, and a two-story apartment.
The architectural style is Californian, which resonates with our clients.
On the right side of the property is the main house.
On the left side of the lot are the two apartments, connected by a shared garage.
One apartment is for the mother of one of the owners of the main house, an elderly woman, and is fully adapted to Law 7600. It includes a master bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a small terrace.
The other apartment has the same areas, but the bedroom and bathroom are located on the second level.
